Payment Conditions

The client shall pay the tour or excursion fare in full to JCT by the date of 21 days prior to the departure day.
This travel contract shall be concreted and become effective
receipt of its full payment of the fare.
The client who applies to our tour or excursion after the date of 21 days prior to the
departure date should be paid its tour or excursion fare in full as soon as the application is received by JCT.

Tour Fare Amount

Clients,12 years of age or older should be charged adult fare and those aged 6 to 11 years shall be charged the child fare unless otherwise mentioned.

Cancellation Policy

If you cacell your reservation , the following cancellation fees and remittance charge wlill be charged.

1) 14-3 days before the programme day: 20% 0f the programme fee
2) 2 days before the programme day : 50 % of the programme fee
3) one day before, on the departure day, or cancellation without notice : 100 % of the programme fee.
